Not a gym. A performance lab.
Sarasota athletes who want measurable results train here.
At MaxOut360 in Sarasota, every athlete starts with objective testing. Using VALD force plates and the 1080 Sprint, we find exactly what's limiting speed, power and durability, then build a plan around those numbers and re-test to prove it's working. It's how youth, high school, college and pro athletes across Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch actually get faster and stronger, not just tired.

What we develop
Built for the demands of the sport.
01
Speed & Acceleration
Resisted and assisted sprint work on the 1080 Sprint with real-time velocity data, so faster is measured, not guessed.
02
Strength & Power
Safe, coach-led strength progressions that build the force behind every jump, cut and sprint.
03
Agility & Change of Direction
Sharper cuts and quicker feet, trained against the movement patterns your sport actually requires.
04
Conditioning
Sport-specific work capacity so athletes finish games as strong as they start them.
05
Testing & Assessment
Force-plate and sprint testing that turns “how am I doing?” into hard numbers you can track.
06
Recovery & Resilience
Recovery and movement work that keeps athletes healthy and on the field through the season.
