What athletes lost
Development years cannot be returned.
Without a shared direction, athletes can spend years training hard without addressing what truly limits their performance. Opportunity disappears while everyone is still guessing.
Why MaxOut360 exists
Growing up as athletes, and watching our own families try to stay healthy, we saw committed people surrounded by information, yet unsure which direction to follow.
The problem
Training happened in one place. Testing happened somewhere else. The coach, doctor, physical therapist, nutrition professional and wellness provider each offered an opinion, but rarely worked from the same information. The person in the middle carried conflicting advice from place to place.
The cost
Athletes can lose development years without addressing what truly limits them. Adults follow generic plans, see little progress and walk away from the movement that could protect their health and independence.
Our promise
MaxOut360 was created so the next athlete, parent or adult would not have to connect the pieces alone. Assessment, sport science, coaching, training and recovery run as one system, organized around you.
What athletes lost
Without a shared direction, athletes can spend years training hard without addressing what truly limits their performance. Opportunity disappears while everyone is still guessing.
What families lost
Adults followed generic plans that didn’t fit their bodies, health or lives. When the promised result never came, many gave up on the movement that could protect their future.
The promise
Information is shared, explained and turned into one direction you can follow.
Assess
Objective testing shows how your body moves, produces energy, creates force and responds to stress.
Interpret
Our scientists and coaches find the relationships that matter, not isolated numbers.
Act together
Training, recovery, wellness and reassessment run from the same individualized roadmap.
The people behind the system
A 360° system only works when the people behind it talk to each other. Each of us sees your journey through a different lens, then brings it back to one shared plan.
01 · Assess & interpret
Director of Testing
Alexis starts by helping the team understand the person behind the goal. His sport-science work spans France, Switzerland and the United States, with expertise in biomechanics, force and power profiling, VO₂max, agility and injury-prevention screening. He turns complex results into priorities your coaches can act on.
02 · Develop the athlete
Sports Performance Coach
Jordan knows both sides of athletic development: competing and coaching. A former four-year starting wide receiver and Stony Brook graduate, he brings more than a decade of coaching, including IMG Academy, collegiate football and roles as athletic director, strength coordinator and track coach.
03 · Connect movement & resilience
Performance Coach
Brianna’s physical-therapy background and master’s in Human Development add another layer to the shared picture. Her grounding in biomechanics, functional movement, strength and conditioning, nutrition and corrective exercise connects how you move with how safely you can progress.
04 · Make strength useful
Performance Coach
Greg helps adults turn training into strength they can use outside the gym. A former NCAA Division I track-and-field athlete and NASM-certified trainer, he combines athletic experience with evidence-based coaching to improve mobility, confidence and everyday capacity.
What this means for you. You are not passed from one opinion to another. Your assessment informs your coach, your response shapes the next decision, and the team keeps your plan moving in one direction.
MaxOut360 is not a collection of machines or separate services.
