How it works: Click "Get Started" on any tier below. You'll complete a short intake form and our coaching staff will follow up within 24 hours to confirm your placement and get you scheduled. Month-to-month, no long-term contract.

A single session on our Airo System — air-resistance speed and power training used to develop acceleration, deceleration, and sport-specific movement patterns with precise load control.

Ten sessions on the Airo System at a discounted rate. Best for athletes in a dedicated speed development phase who want consistent access to resisted and assisted training.

Active Recovery Session

A guided recovery session combining our facility's recovery tools — Normatec compression boots, infrared sauna, and red light therapy. Designed for post-training recovery or high-volume training weeks.

One session in our Sunlighten mPulse infrared sauna. Promotes blood flow, reduces muscle soreness, and supports recovery at the cellular level. Available as a standalone session or add-on.
