Max Out 360 is a state-of-the-art performance institute where data drives training, recovery supports results, and every program is designed to elevate performance and longevity. This is not a gym. It is a precision-driven performance lab where data informs every decision and progress is continuously measured, refined, and maximized.
Most facilities give you equipment and leave you to figure out the rest. We built something different — a structured performance system where every athlete knows exactly where they are, where they're headed, and what it takes to get there.
Everything is built around progression. You start where you are. We move you forward.
See How It WorksEvery athlete gets a clear progression path — not random daily workouts or guesswork about what to do next.
Testing tells us where to focus. Results tell us if it's working. Nothing is assumed or arbitrary.
Qualified performance coaches guide every session. No guessing, no going through the motions alone.
We develop athletes, not just fitness scores. The goal is who you become over a full season and beyond.
Our youth tier for athletes ages 7–11. Focus on movement, coordination, and building a love of training in a structured, age-appropriate environment.
For developing athletes ready to train with intensity and purpose. Strength, speed, and sport-specific performance built on a solid base.
For athletes competing at high school, college, or professional level. Every measurable edge, identified and addressed.

We don't guess. Every training decision is backed by data from the most advanced performance tools available.
See All Technology →Dual force plates measuring power output, asymmetry, and jump mechanics in real time.
Clinical-grade analysis of oxygen use and fuel systems to set precise training zones.
Personalized high-intensity intervals calibrated to your exact fitness level every session.
Precise resisted and assisted speed training with real-time force and velocity data.
Sequential compression to flush metabolic waste and accelerate muscle recovery.
Full-body infrared light to reduce inflammation and support cellular repair post-training.
Most facilities give you access and leave you alone. We built a structured system because we've seen what happens when athletes train without direction.
Every athlete who walks in gets a path. Not just a pass.
You move through a defined system — Junior Athlete to Peak Athlete to Elite — with clear markers at every level.
Our staff write your program, guide your sessions, and track your development over time. Not just count reps.
Force plates, metabolic testing, and performance benchmarks give us real data. Nothing is based on assumptions.
Sauna, Normatec, red light therapy, and recovery tools are built into the system — not an add-on.
Ages 7 to adult — there is a tier built for exactly where you are right now.

These aren't projections. These are athletes who came in, put in the work, and left better than they arrived.
"Working with Coach Dan has helped me improve a lot as a pitcher. He explains things in a way that's easy to understand and focuses on the small details that make a big difference. He pushes you to work hard and get better every day."
"MaxOut 360 and Coach Dan helped me a ton coming back from a torn labrum. When I started, I was weak, had limited mobility, and was topping out in the low 70s. Now I'm stronger, more stable, and up to 80 mph. They really know what they're doing."
"Training here helped me a lot. I started in the high 60s and worked my way up to the high 70s, close to 80. My mobility improved, I got stronger, and the guidance with my diet helped as well. I became a much better player overall."
"I sat 85–86 mph and touched 87, and had a big outing where I came in late, shut down the middle of the lineup, and helped shift momentum for our team. The work we're doing is translating directly to performance."
"Ian tailors workouts specifically to my needs, focusing on strength, mobility, and movements that directly translate to my performance on the field. It's not just general training — it's personalized in a way that actually makes a difference. What really stands out is his attention to form and technique, making sure you're not just working hard, but working smart and safely. I'd highly recommend MaxOut 360, and especially Ian, to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating environment and a trainer who knows how to get results while keeping you smiling."
