What We Do

Not a Gym.
A System.

Most facilities give you equipment and leave you to figure out the rest. We built something different — a structured performance system where every athlete knows exactly where they are, where they're headed, and what it takes to get there.

Everything is built around progression. You start where you are. We move you forward.

See How It Works
01

Structured Plan

Every athlete gets a clear progression path — not random daily workouts or guesswork about what to do next.

02

Data-Backed

Testing tells us where to focus. Results tell us if it's working. Nothing is assumed or arbitrary.

03

Coach-Led

Qualified performance coaches guide every session. No guessing, no going through the motions alone.

04

Long-Term Focus

We develop athletes, not just fitness scores. The goal is who you become over a full season and beyond.

Why MaxOut 360

This Is Not
a Normal Gym.

Most facilities give you access and leave you alone. We built a structured system because we've seen what happens when athletes train without direction.

Every athlete who walks in gets a path. Not just a pass.

01

Progression Is Built In

You move through a defined system — Junior Athlete to Peak Athlete to Elite — with clear markers at every level.

02

Coaches Who Actually Coach

Our staff write your program, guide your sessions, and track your development over time. Not just count reps.

03

Testing Removes the Guesswork

Force plates, metabolic testing, and performance benchmarks give us real data. Nothing is based on assumptions.

04

Recovery Is Part of the Plan

Sauna, Normatec, red light therapy, and recovery tools are built into the system — not an add-on.

05

Athletes and Adults Both Belong Here

Ages 7 to adult — there is a tier built for exactly where you are right now.

Athlete Results

Real Athletes.
Real Numbers.

These aren't projections. These are athletes who came in, put in the work, and left better than they arrived.

71 → 81 mph
Nick — High School Baseball Pitcher
"Working with Coach Dan has helped me improve a lot as a pitcher. He explains things in a way that's easy to understand and focuses on the small details that make a big difference. He pushes you to work hard and get better every day."
Low 70s → 80 mph
Rylan — High School Baseball Pitcher — Post Labrum Tear
"MaxOut 360 and Coach Dan helped me a ton coming back from a torn labrum. When I started, I was weak, had limited mobility, and was topping out in the low 70s. Now I'm stronger, more stable, and up to 80 mph. They really know what they're doing."
High 60s → High 70s
James — High School Baseball Player
"Training here helped me a lot. I started in the high 60s and worked my way up to the high 70s, close to 80. My mobility improved, I got stronger, and the guidance with my diet helped as well. I became a much better player overall."
85–86 mph, touched 87
Sam — High School Baseball Pitcher
"I sat 85–86 mph and touched 87, and had a big outing where I came in late, shut down the middle of the lineup, and helped shift momentum for our team. The work we're doing is translating directly to performance."
Softball Pitcher
Danielle Brunner — Softball Pitcher — Coach Ian Mayers
"Ian tailors workouts specifically to my needs, focusing on strength, mobility, and movements that directly translate to my performance on the field. It's not just general training — it's personalized in a way that actually makes a difference. What really stands out is his attention to form and technique, making sure you're not just working hard, but working smart and safely. I'd highly recommend MaxOut 360, and especially Ian, to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating environment and a trainer who knows how to get results while keeping you smiling."

FAQ

Common Questions.

Everything you need to know before your first session.

How young can athletes be to train here?

+
We work with athletes as young as 7 years old. Our Junior Athlete tier is built for ages 7–11 with age-appropriate coaching focused on movement quality, coordination, and building a foundation for long-term athletic development.

Does my athlete need prior training experience?

+
No experience required. We meet every athlete where they are. We assess where you are starting from and build from there — whether this is your first time in a performance facility or you've been training for years.

What happens after I book a free session?

+
After your free training session, we schedule a full assessment. We go over your results, talk through goals, and place you in the right tier. From there you are part of the program with a clear path forward.

Do you train both athletes and adults?

+
Yes. Sport-specific performance training for athletes at every level, and a dedicated adult performance track for adults who want to train with structure. Both include individualized programming and coach-led sessions.

Do you offer team or group rates?

+
Yes. We work with sports teams and groups. Reach out directly and we will put together a plan that fits your schedule and needs.

Is there a long-term contract?

+
No long-term commitments. Membership is month-to-month. You stay because the training is working.

What are your hours?

+
Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Session availability varies by tier and is coordinated with your coach at sign-up.
